Key Cards

On average,  a 100-room hotel experiences a loss of roughly 6,000 plastic hotel key cards and sleeves per year. If taking into account all hotels in the United States, over 750 tons of plastic hotel key cards and sleeves are placed in American landfills each year. Hotel UMass is working to reduce its carbon footprint by 85% PVC-free keycards.

Paperless Arrival & Departure

Guests will now experience a paperless arrival and departure during their stay.

Clean The World

Towel & Linen Reuse Program

A typical 150-room hotel can reduce its water usage by 25,920 gallons and detergent usage by 173 gallons yearly with a towel and linen reuse program. Hotel UMass guests have the option to participate in this program.
