A customer-oriented manager with 19 years of varied hospitality/leadership roles, which include 15 years in hotel management with 11 years as General Manager and 2 ½ years in retail management. Holds a Master of Science in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech University and with a proven record of accomplishment of managing multiple aspects of operations from corporate to independent properties from Berkshires of MA, Albany, NY, San Antonio, TX, Columbus, OH, now in Amherst MA: college & university, airport, downtown, convention, theme park, resort & spa, boutique with F&B as well as high volume retail and non-profit.
Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Chandrick continues to use his Southern hospitality and charm to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Chandrick prides himself on his management style, which has always been “people first” through authenticity and fairness. Besides working, Chandrick enjoys spending time with his two children (son 11) and (daughter 7), sports, concerts, avid WWE fan and good restaurants.
Anna comes working the last 22 years for national hotel companies such as Hyatt Worldwide and Marriott International. She has held various roles in the kitchen, back of house and the sales office which lead to becoming the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Marriott Marquis in New York City. Most recently, she was with Blue Sky Hospitality over seeing several hotels in Connecticut. When she is not working, Anna enjoys traveling, extreme couponing and exploring local eateries. She resides in Western Massachusetts with her wife Laura and there very spoiled German Shepard-Terrier Mix dog named Nelly.
Brittany Cote is the Assistant Manager of Hotel UMass. Having nearly 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is dedicated and determined to create the best experience possible of all guests. As a University of Central Florida graduate, she has garnered the southern hospitality mindset while also staying true to her western Massachusetts roots.
When she is not in the office, Brittany can be found coaching youth field hockey in her hometown of South Hadley. She is looking forward to cheering on the UMass Field Hockey Team this season as well. Go UMass!
Timothy has twenty-five years of management and execution experience in Marketing, Production, Events and Branding for Fortune 500 companies. His domestic clients have included, PepsiCo, MTV, VH1, ESPN, Johnson & Johnson, McNeil (a unit of J&J), The United Nations, Verizon, Reebok, Brine Soccer, and many others.
Timothy was also a consultant at Faith Popcorn's BrainReserve, where he focused on bringing non-endemic brands into video games. He was a member of the company’s award winning “InCulture” Marketing Team, which won the Gold 2006 Effie award in the over-the-counter Healthcare category for outstanding and innovative programming and execution on the Tylenol “Ouch” campaign.
Timothy’s adopted mother Dr. Norma Jean Anderson (Professor Emeritus UMass) instilled in him a high regard for service and the University of Massachusetts, where he chose to embark on a new career in Hospitality and Customer Service. Timothy joined the Hotel UMass staff in 2018 and currently resides in Montague, Massachusetts with his wife Karin, their daughter Sianah and his brother Carlos. He enjoys sports of all kinds and can be found at most UMass Hockey and Basketball games when time allows for it.
